1) Core Strategy
Acquiring assets on long term leases or sale leasebacks with predictable streams of income. Target purchase price range: [$1 million - $10 million]
2) Opportunistic / Value-Add
Acquiring properties that are vacant or on short term leases. This strategy targets assets at prices below replacement cost and provides the Company with risk adjusted returns. Target purchase price range: [$1 million - $5 million]
